TERMS
Any order that fails to get picked up during their designated pick-up window will be charged a restocking fee.
Restocking fee is 20% of your order total. For example; Your order comes to $72. The restocking fee would be $14.40.
You have a 7 day window from purchase to schedule your pick-up.
If you need to change your pick-up time, please email support @ whitney@thegreenerycollective.com and include your order number.
All changes must be made at least 2 hours before your original pick-up time.
We have a very limited space to store specimens. Once something has been bought we are already replacing it with new inventory.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. At checkout select ‘Pick-Up’. Here you will see the pick-up address and instructions.
2. Next, select a pick-up day that works for you, then select a time. Pick-Up times are in 15 minute windows. Please be punctual when picking up.
3. Remember to list in the ‘Special Instructions’ box if you would like your order to be contactless at pick-up, otherwise default will be to knock and pick-up at the door.
