Refunds, cancellations, returns & Exchanges

Please reach us at whitney@thegreenerycollective.com  if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Refunds and replacements are issued at our discretion and are decided on a case by case basis.


 If you are unhappy with your plant, you may email us at whitney@thegreenerycollective.com within 24 hours of receiving your plant. You must include photos and videos of your plant so we can take a further look. Failure to contact us within the 24 hour window, provide proof of any issue, or alter the plant in any way may void your refund/replacement  opportunity. We generally do not replace or issue refunds/replacements on plants that die outside of this 24 hour window.  If your plant is showing signs of stress (yellow or droopy leaves) please give it some time to acclimate to your home. We recommend at least 3-4 weeks.


We do not accept refunds or replacements on any plant that is in good health. 


Once you have sent us an email describing your issue with photos, we will notify you if your request has been approved or not. If approved,  you will  first get a replacement plant (inventory permitting) or be automatically refunded in the form of a store credit.  Pick-up of  approved replacement plants is your responsibility. You can coordinate with us on a new pick-up time. 


Please remember it can take some time for our customer service team to review your case and approve your refund. 


If you wish to cancel your order before your pick-up or delivery time, we will cancel and refund your order minus a 20% restocking fee within 24 hours after your purchase. After 24 hours we will issue a store credit. Otherwise, all sales are final. 


Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
